Bucephalandra Artemis

Bucephalandra, or Buce for short, can get overlooked when thinking about the best beginner plants—but these beautiful aquatic plants are easy to care for just like Anubias or Java Fern! They’re also generous with looks and often feature iridescent, speckled leaves that shimmers in a freshwater planted aquarium. With a wide range of species available to the aquarium community, Buce is a solid choice for everything from a nano tank to standard sized aquariums.

Artemis is no different. It features subtle color that shines under aquarium LEDS. Its slightly waved leaves will add movement to your tank while giving small tropical livestock a place to rest or hide. Like other species, it is an easy care plant and can be planted in low light tanks with little fuss. If you want quicker results, add your buce to a high tech setup with CO2, moderate lighting and nutrients.
